I am a strong willed and highly skilled nurse that needed healing from a traumatic experience. I experienced Acute Stress Disorder while serving as a travelling nurse in New York City during the COVID pandemic. I did not think it could happen to me, but it did. I learned how to heal myself through my own method and experience as a mindset coach. It is now my passion to help heal you.
